Why the Q Series
Drawing-Free Easy-Cut Control
Your operator builds parts on the screen without CAD drawings. That is how we take training from weeks down to a single day.
Short-Tail Front-Chuck Workflow
The Q12Y and Q16Y use a front-chuck design that cuts the leftover tail short, so you waste less material on every length of tube.
Automatic Loading
The machine feeds tube on its own, which keeps the cut going and frees your operator from standing at the bed all shift.
What it is
The Q Series is our flagship general-purpose tube laser line. It covers three models: the Q12, the Q12Y short-tail, and the Q16Y short-tail. We built it to handle the everyday tube cutting work most shops face, without forcing you to specialize the machine or the people who run it.
The control is what makes it different. We call it Easy-Cut, and it is drawing-free. Your operator picks the tube and the features on the screen, and the machine builds the cutting program. There is no CAD step and no waiting on a drafter. That is the core of how we get a new operator productive in a single day instead of weeks.
On the Q12Y and Q16Y, the front-chuck short-tail workflow holds the tube from the front and cuts the remaining tail short. Less of each tube ends up as scrap. Automatic loading feeds the next length on its own, so the machine keeps running and your operator is not tied to manual feeding.
Who it’s for
The Q Series is for metal tube processing shops that want one machine to cover a broad mix of work rather than a single niche. If you are dealing with high labor cost, slow throughput, or too much material going to scrap, this line is aimed straight at those problems.
It also fits shops that struggle to find and keep skilled operators. Because Easy-Cut is drawing-free and the loading is automatic, you do not need a CAD-trained crew to get parts out the door. That matters in furniture and sanitary ware, automotive and motorcycle parts, and institutional facility work where the part mix changes often.
