Q Series: the general-purpose CNC tube laser cutting machine
Our flagship general-purpose tube laser line, built so one operator can run it after a single day of training.

Why the Q Series
Drawing-Free Easy-Cut Control
Your operator builds parts on the screen without CAD drawings. That is how we take training from weeks down to a single day.
- Three systems on one control: drawing-free, standard tube cutting, and nesting
- Stair railing auto-splitting: single post, double post, single span, multi-span
- Security window auto-splitting, auto-calculation and auto-marking
- A general worker is on the machine after one day of training
Short-Tail and Zero-Remnant Chucking
The front-chuck models cut the leftover tail short, and the L models cut it away completely. Less of every length of tube ends up as scrap.
- Q12 / Q16 standard chucking: remnant ≥80 mm
- Q12Y / Q16Y front chuck: remnant ≥45 mm
- Q12Y-L / Q16Y-L: 0 mm remnant, no offcut left on the bar
Loading Built Around Your Floor
Feed from the front for a shorter cycle, or from the rear the conventional way. One side of the machine can sit against a wall, so the line takes less of your floor.
- Manual loading rack; front follow-up unloading
- Detachable or horizontal chain-shift semi-automatic loading racks
- N Series automatic loading rack
- Loading and unloading equipment is optional and matched during the RFQ
What it is
The Q Series is our flagship general-purpose tube laser line. It covers six models across two sizes: the Q12, Q12Y and Q12Y-L for tube up to φ120, and the Q16, Q16Y and Q16Y-L for tube up to φ165. We built it to handle the everyday tube cutting work most shops face, without forcing you to specialize the machine or the people who run it.
The control is what makes it different. We call it Easy-Cut, and it is drawing-free. Your operator picks the tube and the features on the screen, and the machine builds the cutting program. There is no CAD step and no waiting on a drafter. That is the core of how we get a new operator productive in a single day instead of weeks.
On the Q12Y and Q16Y, the front-chuck short-tail workflow holds the tube from the front and cuts the remaining tail short. On the Q12Y-L and Q16Y-L the remnant goes to zero, so nothing is left on the bar at all. Optional loading racks — from a manual rack up to the N Series automatic loader — feed the next length, so the machine keeps running and your operator is not tied to manual feeding.
Who it’s for
The Q Series is for metal tube processing shops that want one machine to cover a broad mix of work rather than a single niche. If you are dealing with high labor cost, slow throughput, or too much material going to scrap, this line is aimed straight at those problems.
It also fits shops that struggle to find and keep skilled operators. Because Easy-Cut is drawing-free and the loading is automatic, you do not need a CAD-trained crew to get parts out the door. That matters in furniture and sanitary ware, automotive and motorcycle parts, and institutional facility work where the part mix changes often.
