Do you need an upgrade, alignment or replacement part?
We offer three equipment support paths. We review adding laser cutting to an existing flame-cutting line; Precision Coaxial aligns a nozzle with the beam after cutting-head fit is confirmed; and we identify original consumables and service parts for supported machines. Tell us the equipment you already use and what needs to change.

When is a flame-line laser upgrade the right discussion?
If you already operate a flame-cutting line and want laser capability added, we review the original line, controller and the workpiece before proposing a scope. We cannot assume every existing line is suitable. The order-specific quotation separates retained equipment from added laser components and the work included. Review a flame-line laser upgrade.
How do alignment tools and consumables differ?
For a nozzle alignment tool, send the cutting-head model so we can confirm fit in writing. For a replacement consumable, send the machine model and serial number so we can confirm the part number. Neither path assumes universal compatibility. The alignment tool comes with a one-page guide and may include remote help for the first alignment. Check the alignment tool or Find genuine consumables.
Which inquiry process applies to your request?
A flame-line upgrade uses our longer process: application review, normally a free sample cut and cycle-time estimate, configuration, then a separate written quotation. See the sample-to-quote process. Alignment tools and consumables use the short path: identify the head or machine, confirm fit or part number in writing, then receive a separate written quotation and pay in full before shipment. We do not sample-cut short-path items or apply a complete-machine warranty to them.
