X Series for Shop Layouts and On-Site Tube Work
We offer X90Y for smaller sections and X12Y-2 for a wider tube range and long-stock review. A vehicle-mountable machine is assessed and named for the individual order; stock, site and configuration all need review.
Which X Series task are you trying to solve?
X90Y covers round and square tube 5–90 mm, while X12Y-2 extends the listed range to 5–120 mm and is a long-stock candidate. Both have a compact reference machine body, but the complete loading layout must be checked. For work away from a fixed shop, a vehicle-mountable machine is assessed and named for that order; no unlisted model limit is assumed.
What space and stock details should you provide?
Send the maximum stock length and tube section, plus the available floor area. The X90Y and X12Y-2 machine-body dimensions are references, not full installation footprints: feeding, unloading and maintenance space also matter. We review the layout before recommending a model. How is an on-site application assessed?
For a vehicle-mountable machine, we ask where the work happens, how the machine can be transported and unloaded, and what power and operating space are available. Vehicle-mountable does not mean every site is suitable. The actual power supply and deployment conditions must be checked for the configuration.
Which X model fits your stock and job site?
We match the model to stock length, tube dimensions and work location, then name the configuration in the written quotation. X90Y and X12Y-2 are the two listed models with P07 reference figures. MBS chucks, Hanli chillers, AirTAC pneumatics, Jinhe guide blocks, Taiwan Liangchi/Jingte Y-axis racks and MEAN WELL electrical parts are named in the supplied component material. Laser source, cutting head, control system, reducer and servo motor brands vary by machine: we list each in the order-specific written quotation and do not issue a price without those names. The control setup can combine no-drawing programming, standard tube cutting and nesting; the actual combination is confirmed in the written quotation.

How do you validate the proposed setup?
We normally sample-cut your own tube or approved same-specification material. Ask for the cut edge, remnant and cycle-time estimate with the actual machine and feeding arrangement identified. Without your material, we explain the reference basis before you decide.
Which figures are references for this series?
Reference figures for this series — final configuration is confirmed from your tube data during the RFQ.
For both listed models, the two chucks together carry at most 80 kg. These are standard-chuck reference ranges: special profiles must fit within chuck-jaw length, and custom jaws may be specified beyond the standard range. The full installation footprint and a vehicle-mountable configuration are confirmed for your order.
