X Series: double-chuck, long-length and mobile tube laser cutting machines
Three machine bodies on one platform: the X12Y dual-front-chuck (double-chuck) tube laser cutting machine, the X12Y-2 12-metre long-length model, and the X12Y-3 mobile unit — short shops, long stock, or cutting right where the work is.

Why the X Series
Fits Tight Shop Layouts
The X12Y short body uses a dual front chuck, so it cuts in less floor space. You keep your layout flexible instead of building the shop around the machine.
Handles Long Stock
The X12Y-2 is built for long-length tube. You load and cut longer material without splicing or re-feeding work between cuts.
Goes To The Work
The X12Y-3 is mobile, so you can cut on-site instead of hauling parts back to the plant. That cuts handling time and keeps big jobs moving.
What it is
The X Series is our family of tube cutting lasers built around one idea: pick the body that matches how your shop actually runs. There are three. The X12Y is a short-body machine with a dual front chuck. The X12Y-2 is set up for long-length tube. The X12Y-3 is mobile so you can take it to the job.
All three do the same core work — they cut metal tube cleanly so you spend less time on secondary finishing. The X12Y holds the tube with two front chucks, which keeps the body short and the footprint small. The X12Y-2 trades that compact frame for the reach you need on longer stock. The X12Y-3 puts the cutting where the material is instead of forcing you to move heavy parts.
We build, program, and service these in-house, and we keep the controls simple to run. Our aim is to get an operator productive in about a day rather than weeks. The exact configuration — tube sizes, length range, and how you want to load — depends on your work, so we confirm that together.
Who it’s for
The X Series is for tube fabricators who don't have room for an oversized machine, or whose work doesn't fit one standard body. If your shop floor is tight, the short X12Y keeps the footprint down. If you run long tube, the X12Y-2 saves you from splicing and re-handling. If your parts are big or your jobs move around, the mobile X12Y-3 brings the cutting to the material.
It suits the industries we serve — metal tube processing, furniture and sanitary ware, automotive and motorcycle parts, and institutional equipment — where labor cost, handling, and material waste add up fast. If you're weighing which body fits, tell us how you load tube and where you cut, and we'll point you to the right one.
