Which profiles does your job require?
We can review square, round, rectangular and oval tube, as well as I-beam, channel and angle profiles. Send the actual section, dimensions, wall thickness, material and cut features. The machine range for a specific profile is confirmed against that workpiece; a model number alone does not define capacity.
How does the proposed layout fit your shop?
The side-mounted arrangement can be considered for a space-constrained shop, but the machine body is only part of the footprint. We need room for stock loading, cut-part unloading and maintenance access. Share your available layout and we will review the complete arrangement before recommending a configuration. What must be confirmed about the configuration?
The four B-NexBeam reference models cover round tube from 8 mm up to 238 mm depending on model, with 1500–12000 W options. We quote the actual chuck, loading plan and brands for your section. MBS chucks, Hanli chillers, AirTAC pneumatics, Jinhe guide blocks, Taiwan Liangchi/Jingte Y-axis racks and MEAN WELL electrical parts are named in the supplied component material. Laser source, cutting head, control system, reducer and servo motor brands vary by machine: we list each in the order-specific written quotation and do not issue a price without those names. The control setup can combine no-drawing programming, standard tube cutting and nesting; the actual combination is confirmed in the written quotation. Spare copper nozzles (5) and lower protective lenses (5) are listed in the supplied component material; exact delivered quantities follow the order-specific list.
How should a profile sample be evaluated?
We normally sample-cut the real profile or same-specification material you approve. The evaluation should identify the section, material, wall thickness, machine setup and feeding method, then show cut edges, remnant and cycle-time estimate. A round-tube result does not establish performance on your structural section.
How do you request a profile application review?
Send a way to contact you plus a profile photo, dimensions, or material and wall thickness. During review we ask about hole features, stock length, remnant and feeding. Bring the actual section to the sample-cut discussion.
Which figures are references for this series?
Reference figures for this series — final configuration is confirmed from your tube data during the RFQ.
For B-NexBeam12Y, I-beam, channel and angle sections are listed up to 75 mm; other structural sections are checked against the actual profile. These are standard-chuck reference ranges. Special profiles must fit within chuck-jaw length; custom jaws may be specified beyond the standard range. Two-chuck load limits are model-specific, not a load rating for one chuck.
