Why the B-NexBeam

01

Fits Tight Floors

The side-mounted layout lets you place the machine against a wall or in a narrow bay where a standard inline cutter would not fit. You keep more of your floor for the rest of your work.

02

Flexible Material Flow

You can feed and unload from the side rather than along one long line. That gives you room to arrange loading, cutting, and removal in a way that matches how your shop already moves tube.

03

One-Day Operator Training

We built the controls to be simple. A new operator learns to run this machine in about a day, not weeks, so you are not waiting on specialists to keep production going.

What it is

The B-NexBeam is a side-mounted tube laser cutter. The cutting platform sits to the side rather than stretching out in one straight inline run. That single design choice is the whole point of this machine. It lets you put a laser tube cutter into a floor plan that cannot accept a long, conventional layout.

It works the way our other tube cutters work. You load tube, the machine cuts it to your program, and you unload the finished parts. What changes is the geometry around the cut. Because the platform is mounted to the side, you can position loading and unloading where they make sense for your space, and you can route material through the cell in a more flexible path. For shops with an awkward corner, a short bay, or a layout that has to share space with other equipment, that flexibility is the difference between fitting a laser in or not.

We designed it to be simple to run, same as everything we build. The goal at BNL has always been to take complex laser technology and make it something an ordinary operator can run after one day of training. This machine follows that rule. You do not need a room full of specialists to keep it cutting.

Who it’s for

This machine is for shops where floor space is the real constraint. If you have wanted a tube laser but a standard inline cutter simply does not fit your building, the side-mounted layout is worth a look. It is also a good fit when your material flow is unusual and you need to load or unload from a direction that an inline machine cannot give you.

If you process metal tube for furniture and sanitary ware, automotive and motorcycle parts, or institutional equipment, and your bottleneck is the shape of your floor rather than the work itself, this is the platform I would point you to first.

From your tube data to a confirmed configuration

Send us your tube data — material, sizes, and how you move it through the shop — and we confirm the right configuration with you during the RFQ. I would rather get the layout right for your floor than guess at it.

01

Application review

We confirm drawings, material, tube range, hole patterns and tail-piece target.

02

Configuration match

We select power, feeding method, chuck load and supporting automation for your line.

03

Install & train

We commission the machine, train operators in a day, and prepare maintenance support.
