Why the M Series
Fits a tight floor
The M Series takes a smaller footprint than our full-size machines, so you can add laser tube cutting without rebuilding your shop layout.
One day to operate
We keep the controls plain. A new operator learns the basics in a day instead of weeks, so you are not stuck waiting on specialists.
Easy to maintain
The machine is built to be serviced on the floor by your own team, which keeps your downtime and upkeep cost down.
What it is
The M Series is our compact line of small-tube laser cutting machines, available as the M12 and M12Y. We built it for shops that process small-section tube and do not have the space or the budget for a large machine. It does the core job of laser tube cutting in a footprint that fits a smaller floor.
Here is how it works in plain terms. You load your small tube, the machine holds and feeds it, and the laser cuts the profiles, holes, and end shapes you need from your drawing. The cut is clean, so in most cases you skip the secondary deburring and finishing steps that eat your labor hours.
We designed the M Series around one idea: make the laser simple to run. The controls are straightforward, the daily upkeep is light, and your own people can keep it running. The M12 and M12Y cover small-tube work in slightly different ways, and we match the right one to your parts.
Who it’s for
This machine is for shops that cut small-diameter tube and want to move off saws, manual cutting, or outsourcing. Furniture and sanitary ware makers, automotive and motorcycle parts suppliers, and general metal tube processors all run work that fits the M Series. If labor cost, material waste, and inconsistent parts are your pain, this is the machine to start with.
It also suits an owner who is buying a first laser. The smaller footprint, the simple operation, and the easy maintenance lower the barrier to getting started, so you get into laser tube cutting without a large room or a trained specialist on staff.
